Iridology, a prognostic science with qualitative methods

Thousands of years ago, still in the Assyrian civilization, people believed they could recognize a patient's condition by looking at him in the eyes. Of course, all the mystical theories that inevitably knit around some important and natural observations have now been degraded.

It is characteristic of those times the dual status of doctors - priests, which when mankind began to overcome it, liberated the sciences by truly "miracles".

In this case, the science of Iridology has perfected the studies that have roots in antiquity, and is in keeping with modern times. It is now considered a prognostic science that uses qualitative methods to assess a person's state and the functioning of his or her system.

To what principle is iridology based on?

The basic principle is that the iris has a definite topography that is associated with various organs of the body. In particular, the iris, according to the iridologists , is totally connected to the human body, since the right part of the body can be diagnosed in the right part of the iris , and in the left part of it there are diseases that may have affected the left part of the body. The same applies to the upper and lower part of the iris and the body respectively.

What are the means for the iris analysis?

Iridology uses iridoscopy, that is, an eye iris with a special camera, as well as iris analysis. This analysis involves the processing of iris images for the purpose of drawing conclusions about health.

This test looks for the health status of an organism by analyzing the texture and iris color changes. For the validity of the result of the iris' reading, particular attention needs to be paid to the minimal details.

The range of conclusions

The conclusions of a relevant review are purely qualitative. Which means that even when there is a potential organic problem or a tendency for illness, the Iridologist can not name the nature and extent of the problem. For example, the Iridologist can find out if someone has cholesterol, but not the exact blood values, an element necessary to address the patient's problem.

A key advantage of this science

But the greatest value of this science is that it can assess the health status of a patient in the past, present, and the future. It can detect illness trends, but also organic weaknesses, acquired or inherited. The iridoanalysi can for example show the stress level of a patient and the organ systems affected by this stress.

It may also be particularly useful during treatment of a disease. It makes it possible to capture in the analysis whether the treatment goes in the right direction - well before the first signs of efficacy of the treatment begin to appear - otherwise it will change its shape.

The diseases that can be detected are, inter alia, diabetes mellitus, multiple sclerosis, tumors, myopathies, arthritis.
